Rental Property Inspection

There are several reasons for having your property inspected when it's rented.  We offer this service to help you do the following:

-Check a prospective tenant to see how they kept their prior residence. How will they keep yours?
-Check to see if the tenants are maintaining the property (interior cleanliness-flooring-walls, landscaping).
-Are the tenants conforming to the terms of the lease (pets, smoking, extra room mates)?
-Are there physical wear and tear items needing to be seen where prior problems have either occurred or been noticed:
-Have maintenance projects (either by the tenant or contractor) been completed, but verification is needed to see if they are completed?

1.  Inform your tenant that a third party will be contacting them for a walk through or rental inspection.
2.  Pay for the Inspection.
3. Then  fill out the Info. for Property Inspection at the Forms Menu and submit to us.
4. An Appraiser (preferred), Realtor, Contractor of our Network will then schedule the inspection with your tenant.  To inspect/verify the items (s) on the Info. for Property Inspection form.

Disclaimer.  Please be aware, that the results of the inspection will be emailed to you as soon as possible.  In most cases we're at the mercy of the tenant and inspector and time schedules.  Also be aware that considerable expense is being made.  Should you change your mind about the need for the inspection, let us know immediately so we can cancel the inspection and issue you a refund.  We're unable to refund once the inspection is scheduled (we're charged at this time also).
Disclaimer.  Please note that this service is for inspection and opinion only.  These inspections do not warrant or guarantee the item (s) being inspected.  It is understood that those making the inspection may use terms such as "average, typical, or complete".
